Property Letting & Sales

PLS (Property Lettings and Sales) which is the new trading name of Property Letting Services Limited. It was decided to have a re brand and freshen up for spring. Property Letting Services Limited are a family owned and run lettings, sales & property management company formed in 2001 and have been going from strength to strength each year. They have some 200 properties under management and are an ARLA licensed agent based in Folkestone.

Due to the continuing success of the company it was decided in October 2008 to expand our letting catchment area and we now cover from Folkestone through Ashford and surrounding villages. It was decided to stay with one office to keep our costs down and continue to provide the level of services our landlords and tenants have come to expect. We rebranded on 1st April 2013 to PLS - Property Letting and Sales with new colours and concentrating on our core concept of being a true family owned and run agency.
