As someone who works with family owned and owner managed businesses on a regular basis I was drawn to the article in the March edition of Insider magazine which is headed 'Family firms make quicker decisions' In my experience much depends on the family members involved, attitudes towards change, the life of the business and the sector. What affects the decision making process within family firms?
