Pulse Dance & Fitness Academy

Our Dance & Cheer Classes are led by Rachael, an IDTA & BGU qualified Principal with over 20 years of teaching experience & Jemma, who is also a BGU qualified cheer coach. Many different styles are covered, including Cheerleading, Pom Dance, Street Dance, Rock n Roll, Hoop Dance, Freestyle, Commercial, Jazz, Lyrical & Musical Theatre. We have competitive cheerleading classes too including cheer, pom and stunt squads. The 2019 season has so far seen our Senior & Junior Pom Squad place 1st yet again along with our Mini's placing 2nd. Our Senior Contemporary Squad and Junior Level 1 Stunt Group were awarded ICE Grand Champions with our Mini Cheer Squad Level 0 placing 1st. Our Junior Level 2 Stunt squad placed 2nd, Youth Level 1 Stunt squad placed 3rd and our Junior Level 1 Cheer squad placed 4th. 13 of our dancers have qualified for the ICE National Championships in various genres and we cannot wait to see them perform in June. What an amazing season we are having already.
