Rhian came to osteopathy after a shoulder injury from snowboarding after already considering physiotherapy and chiropractic. The osteopathic approach gave Rhian great results due to its pragmatic reasoning of how to achieve health. Rhian has persude her special interests of movement analysis by studying biomechanics principles grounded in the applied functional science programme of the Gray Institute. This means she can observe your movement patterns and prescribe functional rehabilitation programmes tailored to the individual.
She also won a scholarship to study cranial techniques with the prestigious Sutherland Cranial College and completed a 40 hour course. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association, ensuring you the highest standard of care.
