Here at Qamar Dental Practice our experienced team of Dentists, Health Educator and Nurses endeavour to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I have been in the dental profession for the last 38 years, practising as a GDS in the role of Practice Owner/Principal Employer of Dental Professional. Throughout my practising career as a dentist, I have learnt the art of mentoring and training of newly qualified dentists, be they recently qualified or vocational trainee (DF1). I also help in the training of dental nurses and receptionists in their career development and appraisal. Of course, dentists do not just treat patients but a combination of other roles e.g. disciplining and business accounting matters as well as delivering dental health in the community, dental services and home visits for elderly and infirm patients. Being head of a growing family, I have progressed through the mentoring of my individual family members in various careers paths and disciplining.
