An independent company of Management Consultants based in Maldon, Essex. England. The company was incorporated in 1991. Expertise in Quality & Environmental management systems were the initial focus of the company but it soon became clear that organisations wanted to cover more areas. ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) was the next major growth area and Quality Matters became one of the few consultancies to offer “a full hand holding process” to certification and beyond Next the company expanded its focus into Aerospace, calling on past experience of the founder Chris Eden and joining the ADS Group The emphasis has been on AS9100 and AS9120. A good proportion of the company business is now in this sector. In parallel with this the Company provides consultancy and audits to the Medical Devices Standard ISO 13485. Part of our annual contracts involve assisting organisations to meet their obligations under the standards and carrying out internal audits on their behalf as well as supplier audits.
