Over the years he’s worked with a wide range of clients including church organisations, developers and resident groups, individual home owners and property developers. Richard’s experience includes new homes and commercial premises; home extensions and alterations; re-modelling, retrofits and refurbishments; planning submissions for solar/PVs in listed buildings and conservation areas including Saltaire World Heritage Site; building regulation consents and negotiations. As well as access audits for businesses and commercial premises, Richard designs and adapts homes and buildings to create accessible environments ensuring inclusion for people with disabilities.
