R & S Plumbing & Gas Services is a Cheltenham based plumbing company. We cover all of Gloucestershire and travel further afield when requested. We pride ourselves in offering high quality plumbing, with reliable service at a fair price. Russell Hicks is the face of R & S Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd. Russell trained in plumbing when he left school. He attended college and was an apprentice. However, life events led him to work in the Paper Industry for many years. Although he enjoyed varied roles in the Paper business, he always felt his vocation was plumbing and happily started R & S in 2003.
