Sun­shine fin­ished teacher train­ing in yoga under yogi Vishvketu under Yoga Alliance USA and is also Level 3 Yoga Teacher on the Reg­is­ter of Exer­cise Pro­fes­sion­als here in the UK. She has been teach­ing for the past 10 years. She he embarked on a for­mal study of Tibetan Bud­dhism and com­pleted the Asian Clas­sics Insi­tute 18 courses. The 18 ACI courses con­dense the essence of the Six Great Books of Bud­dhism. Those Courses par­al­lel the same basic core of infor­ma­tion that a Geshe (Doc­tor of The­ol­ogy) learns at a Tibetan Bud­dhist monastery.

She has received teach­ings from many mas­ters includ­ing His Holi­ness the 14th Dalai Lama. My dharma teach­ers are Geshe Michael Roach and heart teacher Ven­er­a­ble Lama Chun­zom from whom she con­tin­ues to receive teach­ings on sutra and tantra. She now lives in Edin­burgh, Scot­land with lov­ing hus­band Glen and their ras­cal son Ocean.
