The business is owned by Derek Brodie who started in the Financial Services Industry in 1995 and started his own business in 2003. What Can Derek offer that is different from any other Mortgage Adviser? I provide a Professional and Personal Service which is at the heart of who I am and what I do. Customer Service is the most important thing to me and I reflect this in the service I provide to my clients. You will never deal with anyone else, it will always be me. I arrange mortgages for all types of clients, from First time Buyers to people moving up or down the property ladder. You can either pay a fee for my advice or I receive a fee from the mortgage company for arranging your mortgage, it is up to you. My aim is to find and arrange the most suitable mortgage and insurance products to suit you and your circumstances.
