The fitness suite is equipped with state of the art TechnoGym equipment, the market leaders in gym equipment manufacture. We also have a wide variety of free weights and functional equipment. If your goals include strength or muscle building then our free weights room will be perfect for you, complete with a wide range of dumbbells ranging from 4 kg to 50 kg, a multi-functional power rack, an Olympic lifting platform, and more. We offer a variety of group fitness classes aimed at all levels of fitness, delivered by our fitness team. The timetable is regularly updated to make sure what we have on offer for our members stays fresh and enjoyable for all.
