After a design has been granted a planning approval, we work deeper into the detail of how the architecture is constructed to a regulatory standard. Tender packages are then created to ensure a robust contract sum can be generated from a broad array of contractors. For impartiality, rjha are not affiliated to any construction company. rjha are advocates of 'fair tendering' rules. We offer a fully managed service which includes onsite inspections and contractor liaison. This takes the strain out of dealing with contractors and ensures you receive full value from any building contract. We always operate under the JCT suite of contracts to ensure fairness to all parties.
