Ro-Jo's Childcare

Hello. My name is Claire Rozario-Johnson and I am a fully qualified Ofsted registered Childminder based in Shoreham-by-Sea.I am married and have two children of my own, a six year old daughter and a four year old son. I have really loved spending time with my children and their friends whilst on maternity leave and observing how children change, develop and learn so quickly through play during their early years. This has really been the inspiration for me to train to become a childminder and embrace the responsibility of being an Early Years educator.Having previously attained a degree in Product Design and had a successful professional career in Product Development I am passionate about encouraging children to explore their creativity by facilitating a wide range of craft projects which allow them to express their personalities and learn.I have experience of being a full time working parent, so I understand the challenges and opportunities that working parents are presented with. I aim to provide stable and reliable care for children so parents can have the peace of mind that their little ones are happy, safe and receiving the personalised care that they deserve.
