With many years of experience I pride myself on a friendly and personal service. I understand that it can be quite a daunting task to allow a tradesman into your home to start work on even the smallest of jobs. My aim is to arrange a visit and have a look at exactly what you would like to be done, give sensible and honest advice and have a two way conversation about the work rather than the stereotype of the tradesman telling you what needs to be done and that's the end of it! I will start work on the pricing as soon as possible and aim to have a fair priced, detailed quotation with you within a few days. Quotations are completely free, however I would ask that you only enquire about work that you are seriously thinking about having done, as this tends to take up a lot of my own time. Please feel free to ask for references, I think that this is a great way to get an understanding of the tradesman before you agree to go ahead. Great feedback and plenty of recommendations makes my job worth while, this is all achieved by; turning up on time, being as unobtrusive as possible e.g. not having the radio on full volume, taking care in protecting your belongings by moving them or covering with dust sheets, working hard to produce an excellent job and not asking for payment until the work area is clean and the customer is 100% happy with the work.
