The thing about being a dedicated sash window manufacturer is that you spend all day, every day, concentrating on one thing – sash windows. To some people that may sound dull, but for us it’s a way of life. You see, we don’t just make and sell industry-leading uPVC sash windows (although we do do that!). When you spend your days striving to make the best, most beautiful, most authentic sash windows you can, you think about heritage, conservation and tradition. And then you add in a healthy dose of modern manufacturing, sustainability, efficiency and logistics. And, finally, you top it off with a focus on customer service. After all, there’s no point making stunning, authentic windows for homes around the country if your customers can’t quote, order, receive and install them with the minimum of fuss. So while we may be just concentrating on one thing, doing so takes a lot of time, effort and care. Which is just how we like it.
