Rosies Yoga Classes

Rosie qualified for her teaching diploma under the Iyengar inspired Ruth White Karuna Yoga teacher training programme...members of the International Yoga Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance Register. Rosie took up yoga a few years ago after attending a drop in class of Sam Raos. Sam is a truly inspirational teacher and and it was he who encouraged Rosie to take up the teaching course while still working full time. Rosie gained a lot of valuable teaching experience by taking classes for Sam Rao and other well qualified teachers in the district. But now, having finally retired from the airline industry, Rosie is able to concentrate all her considerable energy on sharing the pleasure and undoubted benefits of yoga with many more people. Having travelled extensively in her previous job, Rosie has been able to attend Yoga events and classes in many countries, and has taught in classes and workshops in the USA, Mexico and India.
