Simon Atkinson is an experienced care home consultant with more than 25 years working in the care sector. During that time he has successfully managed or overseen in excess of 40 care homes. Simon is able to use his extensive knowledge to help others achieve success. An experienced and skilled senior manager, Simon has achieved significant success in leading care services across the independent health and social care field. Working at all levels, including Registered Manager, Operations Director and Chief Executive Officer he has developed experience in managing many areas of care provision. A qualified General Nurse for over 25 years, and an ex-regulatory inspector, he is educated to postgraduate level, (PG Dip Collaborative Community Care) with additional vocational qualifications in health and social care, including the Registered Managers Award.
