Located in the Scottish central belt, Sales Recruit Scotland was set up at the beginning of 2009 with the aim to provide full and proper value added recruitment services to employers seeking to recruit the best UK-based sales talent. Too many recruitment consultancies simply skim job boards and shuffle CVs to potential employers. In our eyes, this is not a valuable service. The company is headed up by Derek Anderson and Robert McGougan, sales recruitment professionals with over twenty-five years experience gained from various roles throughout Scotland. Both are skilled recruiters who have worked their way up from Consultant to Director level with various companies and have vast knowledge when it comes to recruiting sales professionals.
