Sam Spriegel Osteopathy

I have a Bachelor of Osteopathy and am a registered member of the General Osteopathic Council. I also have a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy and a qualification in Medical Acupuncture. I incorporate all these techniques into my sessions with patients, as well as prescription of home exercises, to create a well-rounded approach to treatment. My extensive experience working in professional sport means I know what it takes to successfully relieve pain and help patients come back from injury stronger.

An Osteopath can treat anyone including, sports people, children, pregnant women, elderly patients, and people suffering from acute or chronic pain. Osteopaths are experts in the treatment of spinal conditions and can help with a wide range of conditions concerning all the joints throughout the body. An osteopath can also help to relieve headaches (migraines, cervicogenic headaches & dizziness). I practise Cranial Osteopathy, which is widely known for its benefits when treating babies. It is a very gentle technique which aims to help rebalance the body’s systems so that they work harmoniously, providing your baby with relief and comfort.
