Our members come from a very diverse background, all of which have very different abilities and strengths. You don’t need to be a competitive athlete to train with us — all you need is the desire to improve, no matter what your level of fitness. You wont find any egos at our gym, there are no mirrors to parade in! We are very community based and you’ll soon find yourself being cheered on to complete workouts and even cheering on others. We have put together a short film of some of our more experienced members completing various workouts and exercises at Sarum CrossFit. Whilst CrossFit might at times look intimidating it is the complete opposite. You won’t find our walls lined with mirrors and all egos are left at the door! We are a community of people with friendly attitudes and common goals. Give it a watch, get inspired, then come see us!
