Savernake Property Consultants Ltd (SPC) was formed in February 2005 to provide Project Management Consultancy Services to Alliance Leisure Services on a retained basis. Alliance Leisure are key facilitators in the provision of sport and leisure facilities to Local Authorities, Trusts, Education and Corporate establishments across the UK. Developments include the whole 'package' of project requirements. In addition to working with Alliance Leisure, SPC work directly with other Clients in this sector to project manage schemes from inception through to completion and pride themselves on establishing relationships which often leads to repeat appointments. SPC have offices situated in Marlborough, Wiltshire and operate on projects all over the UK.

All professional staff are Chartered Building Surveyors and current members of the RICS. In addition to the role of Project Manager, we regularly perform the role of CDM Co-ordinator as required under the CDM Regulations 2007.
