We offer a wide range of classes in Dorset & Hampshire at our venues in Ringwood, Verwood, Fordingbridge and Ferndown. Taekwondo can be enjoyed by everyone young or old. Although he has now sadly passed on, one of our students, John Bushell STARTED in his 80's! We have members from 4 years old to students who have achieved black belts well into their 50's. The instructor, Stephen Lamberth teaches the lessons in a way that he himself would like to be taught. They are relaxed and fun, yet disciplined in a friendly and good natured way. Children and adults come along and enjoy the lessons which are structured with a long term goal of gaining a black belt. The short term benefits include confidence, fitness, fun, courtesy, respect and an awareness of how to deal with difficult situations such as bullying and threatening behaviour. Stephen Lambert’s Tae Kwon Do Schools are now the single biggest martial art group in the country with over 250 members attending the various classes. We offer regular gradings for belts for regular training students. Providing they are ready and enjoy the sessions, they are assessed by an external grading examiner and promoted onto the next stage of their black belt journey.
