Hi, my name is Scott. I live in Bishop's Stortford, and I own and run Scottie's Dogs .
Everyone who knows me knows how much I love animals. My friends often laugh at me for being such a softy when it comes to animals. Especially when they see me squashed up against the armrest while my cat lays spread-eagled across the sofa; or when I try to engage animals in conversation as if I’m Dr. Dolittle.
I’ve always loved animals, but dogs were always my favourite. I grew up surrounded by dogs, so I have always been comfortable and happy around them. Having spent many years of my life working from home, I was able to work from anywhere I wanted - as long as there was an internet connection. Being based at home meant it was fantastic for my family and friends, as I was able to look after their dogs while they were at work - and for me, it was a real pleasure having them stay.
When my nearest and dearest went on holiday, I was able to up sticks and move into their home. Knowing I’m a trustworthy and responsible person, they not only knew that their dogs would be loved and cared for, but they also knew I would take good care of their home for them too while they were away.
