Scruffs To Cruffts

We have just had our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel groomed by Billie for the first time. He has always been very fretful when groomed in the past but we are absolutely delighted, not only with his cut, but also his calm and relaxed demeanour when we picked him up. Billie had spent 3 hours with him; gently and calmly taking him through the grooming process so that he didn't feel anxious or fearful and this definitely paid off. Thank you Billie so much - Rusty is looking forward to coming again when he is next due a fur-cut. We will post a pic as soon as we're able to take one!
