We are instructed by Tenants Associations (RTA), Management Companies, RTM Companies, Developers and Freeholders and we tailor our service to suit our client and the needs of the building that they own. Our aim is to grow our business by providing the very best service to our client by using our knowledge, technology, communication and transparency.
Unlike other companies in our industry we ensure that we make a minimum of monthly visits to the properties that we manage, contractors are supervised and repairs are undertaken efficiently. Contractors costs are constantly monitored to ensure that our clients are not being overcharged. Sebright is full members of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), we are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
We ensure that our staff are educated through Th IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers) and we all continue our professional development on a weekly basis through ARMA, IRPM and other experts in their fields. We want our clients to take comfort in the knowledge that once they instruct Sebright they will have a property manager that they can build a long term, trouble-free relationship with.
