Select Appointments was established in 1980 to provide a high-quality and personal recruitment service to employers and job seekers, specialising in the business support sector across a variety of industries. Our name was chosen with considerable care and we continue to adhere to the dictionary definition of Select - "chosen for excellence - pick out as best or most suitable". This definition forms the basis of our company culture and our commitment to a quality service that far exceeds that which is usually found in the recruitment industry.

Operating our successful franchise model Select currently has 27 offices throughout the UK with exciting development plans to increase this number to 100 over the next five years. We are also proud to be members of both the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the British Franchise Association (BFA), the governing bodies for Recruitment and Franchising in the UK respectively.
