Selworthy Veterinary Group

Selworthy Veterinary Group practice was founded in 1989 and moved to its present premises in 1990. We are a mixed practice serving the farming, equine and companion animal communities. In 2005 we sought and achieved accreditation under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons' Practice Standards Scheme. This means that the practice has to pass a yearly, rigorous, RCVS inspection. The areas examined include hygiene, health and safety, facilities and equipment. Also in 2005, we refurbished the preparation room and operating theatre. The cattery and kennels are now housed separately and all the cages have been renewed. We are firmly committed to keeping up with the latest developments in veterinary practice. Our aim continues to be to provide a high quality service at a fair price, with the welfare of animals being our main priority.
