Seraph Estates is a rapidly growing property management agency that looks after properties for considerate developers and other like minded landlords. Over the last decade the private rented sector has blossomed and moved away from the image it had years ago. The work force in the UK has also become much more mobile and people in general have become a great deal more service oriented. Through a combination of these and many other factors, we believe that renting a property has become much more of a life choice and with this the expectations of the quality of the property and the level of service have greatly increased. Unfortunately we feel that the available properties and service from letting agents have not met this demand.

At Seraph Estates we wish to break away from the image of the tyrant landlord and oppressive agent and show that not all landlords are like that. We treat the tenant as much as a client as we do the landlords whose properties we manage.
