In practice since 2005, is an innovative stress reduction therapist, psychotherapist and counsellor. Christian Davies-Trigg offers a natural approach for healthier living, greater relaxation, mental awareness and inner peace. Christian is fully qualified in counselling, psychotherapy and consultative supervision.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Christian works inline with the BACP's code of ethics. He has a private practice in counselling and has worked as a counsellor for in establishments such as Cardiff University, Coleg Gwent and Barnardo's. He currently provides counselling supervision to individuals counsellors and group supervision within organisations.
