Sharp & Bentley is a small independent company of Chartered Building Surveyors. Founded by our Director Stephen Mehmet, who has worked for a number of high profile architects and surveyors since the mid 1970's and has more than 35 years practical experience in providing a high quality sound technical advice coupled with an ability to provide the full range of architectural services.

Although we are small we have an extensive network of Independent Chartered Surveyors, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, designers and other specialists working with us with a single aim, to provide a high quality service using the right integrated teams to suit the specific project and client's requirements.
