The practice was set up in 2002 and has offices in Lyneham, Sherborne and Newbury. The practice was established as a traditional accounting firm offering a variety of services from accounting support services to tax advice and audit. As the business developed it was clear that interest from our clients for specialist advice, especially in tax planning matters, far outweighed the basic accounting services. As a result of the above the practice moved to provide more specialised tax advice and planning including; share schemes and mergers and acquisitions, whilst continuing to provide compliance: statutory accounts production and corporation tax, and assurance: audit services to larger clients. In addition the personal tax needs of company owners and directors were met via personal tax advisory and compliance services.
