Skegness Freestyle Kickboxing

Skegness Freestyle Kickboxing was formed in 2005 by Ross Flay and Lee Foley. The aim of the gym is to offer Kickboxing, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Circuit training. Martial arts is a great way to get fit and develop self discipline, Confidence, Strength and flexibility. Our varied, fun and friendly classes will help you fulfil your potential and develop a balanced lifestyle. At SFK we follow an innovative and modern syllabus which combines all aspects of kickboxing with both traditional and modern elements starting from White belt up to Black Belt. Techniques taught are practical for sport combat, self defence and awareness. Sparring and grading are both optional. We have a number of qualified instructors who all have a professional attitude towards training and teaching who are dedicated to your development and helping you achieve your goals. All instructors are fully licensed black belts who hold first aid, insurance and criminal record check certificates. The gym is dedicated to the safety of all students with regular safety briefs health screening forms and constant risk assessments.
