Skelton Consultancy is a private practice advising a wide range of corporate and private clients led by John Skelton, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Architectural Designer with over 20 years experience at all levels with regional, national and international surveyors, architects and development companies. John's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry enables the practice to deal with property, construction and development projects from inception to completion including site selection and appraisal, acquisition, design, planning, contract administration and project management.

We also provide professional building surveying and consultancy, assisting clients with surveys, dilapidations, property maintenance and repair, and assisting with legal/contractual issues and dispute resolution. An independent practice, based in the historic city of York, the majority of our work is in the north of England but we undertake commissions both nationally and internationally.
