Smarter Recruitment is an independent recruitment company, this means that we are able to tailor all contracts to suit our clients individual requirements. Our selection process includes our own unique candidate test followed by an in depth interview. Being completely flexible we are able to incorporate our clients' tests and/or interviewing techniques.
