Smarties Day Nursery

A foundation of positive early years experiences will prepare your child for the challenges of childhood and the world beyond. Smarties Day Nursery is registered by Ofsted and inspected on a regular basis. The nursery can care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. We have an ‘out of school’ facility that caters for children after school and during the school holidays, aged from 4 years to 12 years of age. Smarties was open in May 1993 having been past users of nurseries. New proprietors took over the provision in August 2007, having two children of their own we know what high quality child care should ‘look like’.. We’ve experienced the immense joy and satisfaction of making a lasting positive influence on children by providing the highest quality of care together with empathy, honesty, knowledge and a genuine love and passion for what we do. There is no greater joy to us than to see a child reach a new understanding, make a new discovery or explore a new thought. Perhaps these are reasons why Smarties has, since those very earliest of days, been at the forefront of quality care and enjoyed a extraordinary reputation amongst child care providers and services within the county.
