Smiths Chartered Surveyors is an independent practice offering a comprehensive range of property related services across York and North Yorkshire. Established in 2000, but with experience dating back to 1982 the practice is able to advise on a wide variety of property related matters. As a local practice we have extensive knowledge of the property market in the area and are commited to providing our clients with a high quality, personal and professional service.

Is passionate about property and has successfully practised in York and the surrounding area for almost 30 years. He holds an honours degree from London University and is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.
