One definition of passion is a strong liking or desire for some activity, object, or concept. My passion for photography encompasses all of these things with a love of capturing beauty in landscapes, steam trains and portraits. A professional photographer friend of mine once said to me that once you start thinking about money rather than the picture, it becomes a job and then a chore.

He also said, if you as the photographer like what you have taken this is all that matters, if others like it then this is a bonus.
