Spartans Gym

Spartans Gym is family run business which aims to always offer a 'family friendly' environment. At Spartans we pride ourselves with our friendly approachable atmosphere that has been created by both the staff and its members. We believe this truly separates us from your typical government funded sports centres.

Spartans specialises in a variety of different classes, from Martial arts sessions such as Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai, to fitness classes like circuits, legs bums and tums and over 50s. Each class is taught by an instructor who specialises in each area, they are eager to pass on their knowledge and experience to everyone willing to learn. In addition to the classes we have our own fully equipped commercial gym with membership deals available. Furthermore there is a Martial Arts store on site, selling uniforms, bags and protective gear all from a wide range of manufactures.
