Stepping Stones Counselling

Stepping Stones counsellors are experienced therapists who provide professional counselling for depression, anxiety, stress, spiritual issues, relationships, bereavement, abuse and trauma. We also provide counselling for couples and young people. We are Christians who understand the Christian worldview, assumptions and values. However, we counsel people of any faith or none, as we abide by the Code of Ethics and Practice of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and of the Association of Christian Counsellors. We have many years of experience working with adults and young people. Each of us has our own particular area of interest and specialism, including problems with eating, working with depression and anxiety, couples counselling, spiritual or faith issues, young people, or bereavement and loss. We receive regular clinical supervision and are committed to ongoing continued professional development and training. Online counselling is also available.
