Many people will be aware of Stonehouse and its presence in Aberdeen for many years but we've now expanded into Kemnay and St Andrews. We've been re-evaluating ourselves and are now rejuvenated and excited about our future in the property market.

It started when Simpson Brebner Lettings, Stonehouse Property Management and Yvonne Moir Property Services were bought by our Parent Company, Lomond Capital, in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Subsequently, in 2014 Lomond Capital acquired the rental property portfolio of both Alex Hutcheon and St Andrews based Pagan Osborne. Together we are now one business: Stonehouse Lettings.
