Welcome to the website of Stuart McKinven, a furniture maker and designer based in Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders, who specialises in the design and manufacture of high quality bespoke furniture and woodwork. Stuart has produced furniture for clients throughout the UK and his portfolio covers a wide range of commissions for business, home and outdoors, generally manufactured from hardwood grown and sourced in Scotland.

The design of any piece is developed, in conjunction with the client, from the initial idea to the final design. Carefully selected timber is then skilfully hand crafted to produce the finished product - a process which embodies the essence of bespoke furniture design and manufacture. The result is an amalgamation of the dreams of the client with the expertise and passion of the maker.
