We are regulated in both financial and professional standards as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are part of the Surveyors Ombudsman Scheme. Our surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers.Stuart has over 30 years experience in dealing with property, being the son of a Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent in Canterbury.During his early career Stuart worked for a small independent private practice in Kent before moving onto the Department of the Environment and then Kent County Council as an area Estates Manager. Stuart specialises in surveys of residential properties, in particular listed and historic buildings.On leaving the Local Authority, Stuart joined a nationwide firm of surveyors, managing the office in Canterbury and covering the South East. From here he jointly set up and worked in a surveying practice for some seven years until leaving in 2009 to be wholly independent.
