Sue and Andrew offer you a warm welcome to their late Victorian Guest House situated in Kendal. Whether on holiday or on business one of our extensive range of rooms will meet your requirements, from single or twin rooms with standard facilities to double or family en-suite rooms. The price includes accommodation plus breakfast. All extras such as packed lunches, pick up from the Dales way or Westmorland Way will incur an additional charge this will be agreed beforehand. We accept the following methods of Payment: cash, cheque with bankers card and most credit/debit cards.

A debit/ credit card is required to secure the booking. A £1.50 additional charge will apply to Credit card Transactions. A reservation forms a legal contract for the total cost of the booking. In the event of a cancellation of less than two days before arrival, the total cost of the stay will become payable, less monies recouped through re-letting. Non Arrival Constitutes as a cancellation.
