Surrey Heating and in particular Richard Chelton, has been one of our chosen plumbers and gas engineers for several years now. He is reliable and trusted to attend our managed properties unattended with keys, to carry out various gas safety inspections, servicing, installations and general repairs to plumbing and heating. We have found their quotes to be competitive and fair, with the standard of workmanship delivered as our clients would expect.

Richard responded extremely quickly to a serious fault found with my boiler. He quickly identified the problem and was able to offer a solution. He recommended I contact the manufacturer (Vaillant) directly, as their repair solution would be significantly cheaper than he or another gas engineer would be able to do it for. Given his honest and genuine approach I cannot praise Richard enough. He was extremely professional and the best solution was not to his gain. Without doubt, I would have no hesitation recommending Richard to family and friends.
