We are a small friendly Gym right in the centre of Haywards Heath. Our goal is to help educate you in the best ways to exercise enabling you to achieve the maximum amount of results in the minimum amount of time. With all the equipment that you could need and a dedicated team of coaches, we are able to offer a safe and clean environment in which to complete your own personalised programmes. You will be able to workout on your own, along side your dedicated personal trainer or join in our fun and friendly 30 minute small group training sessions which give you access to the best trainers for an intense workout at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
