Talk Loans was founded in 2014 and is the result of a small group of people with a vision for a different, better loan company. Since day 1 we’ve put our customers first which we really believe puts us leaps and bounds above the competition. We always found that most people don’t understand their Loan options, and may end up with loans that aren’t suitable for their circumstances. So we set out to create an asset for everyone. We hope our customers don’t just get off the phone with us with a new loan, but also a new understanding of what is available to them. We have unique services for our online and call centre customers which means that when an application is made: Our customers will only be contacted by companies they want to hear from offering products relevant to what they’re looking for. This is much better than other models which can end up with 100 different companies hassling you for the next 6 months trying to make a fast buck. Our customers are in control of their application at all times and a successful outcome with us is ahead of everything else. Our focus is 100% on getting them a loan that they are happy with. This is why we never charge our customers any fees at all. If a guarantor loan is the chosen option, we will find a lender that will help with both you and your guarantor. Every lender has a unique offering and they’re constrained by their set lending criteria — we will look across all the available options so there is a much higher chance of approval.
