TaschMar Holistic Health

I am the Managing Director of TaschMar Holistic Health, founded during 1993 in South Africa; now based in the UK. I specialise in a range of treatments designed to meet your healthcare needs.I head the Nutritional Therapy Science Access Course (NTSAC) and lead year one of the Nutrition Therapy Diploma Course (NTDC), at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). I write articles for Healthcare Publications and host my own Radio Show called Health Naturally (see Health Naturally page).As a senior academic and researcher, I have an interest in health, obesity interventions, pain management, mental well-being and healthy ageing. To consolidate this interest, I am currently completing Doctoral studies for registration as a Health Psychologist. My goal is to continue to develop and improve effective treatments and interventions that are evidence-based and have impact for my clients.
