Ten Count Boxing Gym

We offer personal training, amateur, professional and recreational boxing training as well as private group sessions alongside our regular class timetable. There is an equipment and supplement shop on site and we are a family fitness centre so everyone is welcome. There is an area for parents to watch kids classes if they wish and you are welcome to bring the little ones and leave them to play safely whilst you exercise. The gym is open from 6am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 6am - 6pm on Saturdays and 10am - 4pm on Sundays, call in anytime to take a look around!
