We have a range of transport and delivery options from 18 ton curtain-sided vehicles with tail-lifts to 3.5 ton Lutons to smaller vehicles for more specialist loads. We work with many large customers delivering loads to a variety of destinations in central London such as Canary Wharf, the heart of the London financial centre. These deliveries often have strictly timed bookings due to the high cost of the tower crane hire on site so punctuality and reliability are essential for our clients. Some areas of London can be very difficult with HGV’s due to various restrictions but Thamesway have all the necessary permits and are adept at taking in abnormal loads at specific times according to movement orders. As our drivers work in London on a daily basis they have gained a great amount of local knowledge and are adept at getting loads to their destination at the required times.
