The Flower Consultant was launched in 2009 in the West Devon area by Julie Carter, an experienced florist and designer, who was frustrated at not being able to give her clients the personal service and individuality she felt they deserved. We are situated on the northern edge of Dartmoor in the beautiful market town of Okehampton, just off the main high street in St James street. What ever your request Julie and her team will be more than willing to guide you towards achieving a floral arrangement for any occasion that will be remembered forever.
